jconlon2423 April 2025Verified The best way to experience Ireland is with Creagh Travel. This trip to Ireland was the best travel experience I’ve ever had, and so much of that is thanks to Lloyd from Creagh Travel. One of the things I appreciated most was how much effort he put into making sure everyone had a great time. He really went out of his way to find activities that suited all of us, including some fishing for our son, which ended up being one of the highlights of the trip for him.On top of that, we learned so much. Lloyd has an incredible knowledge of Irish history, culture, and geography. Every place we visited came with music, stories and context that brought it all to life. He answered every question we threw at him and gave us such a deeper appreciation for the country and culture. No matter where we were, Lloyd gave us suggestions for the best pubs, restaurants, shops, and activities, and they were all spot on! It really felt like we were seeing Ireland with a friend who knew all the best spots.I can’t recommend Creagh Travel enough. If you want to get the most out of your visit to Ireland, this is the best way to do it. I'm already looking forward to our next trip! Elizabeth C22 April 2025Verified Amazing experience! Absolutely amazing trip! We were 6 people in Ireland for 11 days and from the start of planning to the drop off at the airport, Lloyd was the most amazing tour guide. I have him a list of things we wanted to see and he took care of all the rest! It took all the pressure off in the planning. While we were there, he gave suggestions without any pressure and made sure we had time to relax and enjoy our surroundings. His knowledge of Irish history is unmatched and he was able to answer every question we had. We were able to make decisions for each day on the fly so that we could rest when needed and spend more time in areas we really enjoyed. I can't recommend Creagh travel enough. We will absolutely travel with them again and will recommend to everyone we know traveling to Ireland! Jake P21 February 2025Verified Best Transport/Tour Guide in Ireland Couldn’t ask for more, Lloyd is absolutely fantastic to work with and to travel with 10/10 service always. Enjoyed learning & seeing so much of the Emerald Isle.He really engaged our 15 yr old granddaughter with history, stories, and Irish music. A very memorable trip thanks to Lloyd Creagh! aoibhinn mc g20 February 2025Verified Second to none Lloyd Creagh and his team are fantastic , hard working , so professional and lots of fun to travel with . Probably the only Irish tour guide that will sing you an Irish ballad on your journey Alan L27 October 2024Verified Ten star review for Craig from Creagh Travel! We have so many fond memories of our time in Ireland, but the highlight was the time Craig from Creagh Travel drove us around the countryside. Traveling with Craig was more like traveling with a friend who was excited to show you his country and bring its rich history to life than having a chauffeur. Though we were on an itinerary, it didn’t stop Craig from showing us several hidden gems along our route plus the touristy sites that everyone encounters were made painless when he would escort us past the crowds and directly into the site. It was amazingly wonderful!!Craig was so personable, so friendly and very funny! Imagine driving down the road when your driver breaks out into song to highlight a bit of history we’d been discussing. We managed to record his rendition of 40 Shades of Green and Fields of Althenry but missed recording him singing Grace, a tragic & beautiful song about Grace Gifford’s marriage to Joseph Plunkett hours before his execution.Toward the end of our time together, Craig’s mom called (much to his chagrin, he was working) and due to technical difficulties it went to speaker where we found ourselves having a delightful conversation with his mom! She asked how her son was doing to which I replied “he’s doing his best”. It was a definite joke on my part, our experience was so over the top, so magical, it far outstripped “he’s doing his best”. His service and hospitality was fabulous and leaving him after our ten days together was like leaving our best friend behind. Christopher H12 August 2024Verified No one does it better than Lloyd Lloyd is the absolute best. He made all of us feel like family. We knew we were in great hands because of him. He is so knowledgeable, funny and kind. It seems like he knows everyone in Ireland… everyone greeted us because of him. He made us difficult reservations, took us to an impromptu show, shared Gaelic terms and answered any and all questions. We all loved him, but our son really loved him. He is great with kids. We will definitely be using him for our next visit Caroline C12 August 2024Verified 100000000000/10 experience with Creagh Travel Lloyd with Creagh Travel was the best tour guide I’ve ever had! He made our trip so intimate and special and is a wealth of knowledge. I would suggest him for every and any trip! We were so sad to leave him at the end of our stay :( but will defitniely be booking with him again! CorkyKot10 August 2024Verified Magic. Wonder. Laughter. Stories. Lloyd is one of those people that brings magic. He made our trip a once in a lifetime wonder. His warmth, kindness, storytelling, and joyful demeanor have made him our honorary family member. He has a perfect balance of song, story and silence. As the scenery unfolds he brings it alive. He knows every corner of Ireland and tells the stories and history of the land in a way that stays with you forever. My mother and father wanted to bring our family together to the place where our ancestors came from (Gills/Shaughnessys) They planned this trip for more than a year. We have a range of ages from 15-74 and every one of us loved it! This was a family trip. A trip of a lifetime. Of all the things we experienced together, I’m most grateful for the simple moments of being on Lloyd’s bus. All of us together looking out the window, cracking jokes, bickering, laughing, arguing, listening, singing, and making memories that will stay with each of us forever. Of all the guides we could have gotten, we are truly lucky that Lloyd led the way. He is magic and now, forever family. Kelly S5 August 2024Verified Creagh Travel is the BEST way to"do" Ireland.
